True, but there's probably a safe limit. I only use a mobile to ring my mum once a week, and even then I burn my ears. Some people practically live on their mobile.

When I was away, I used to phone my girlfriend every night for about an hour and after each time my headached and my ear was very warm. After the first week I used my hands free kit and that solved the problem completely!
