What do you need to run it? I am at work so cant test it now.

I assume since its a m4a file (i think) that something like WInamp can play it.

Does it show the photos etc??

just opened it up in iTunes

couldnt skip chapters like it said though -

Realplayer plays mp4. Worth a try i think.

Yup. You can skip chapters like you would tracks from an album as well.
