Sorry if this has been asked a million times before but which episode of season 5 of 24 is Aled in? And what is he?

Aled is in Episode 23 of Season 4. It's a real blink and you miss it moment though; you can see him on one of the video intercom machines behind Edgar when Michelle is talking to him.
