Isn't a xmas song but the blobby song was a great song, but that was a long long, time ago. I recon they should re-release it, Bet it would wind all the radio DJ's up!!

I could check myself. I've got the tape kicking about somewhere as I actually bought it. I remember the bloke in HMV laughing at me as if it was yesterday (I pretended it was for someone else).

i remember it was 93 because it was my last year of primary school and we did the christmas play, we had to dance around on stage to that song. Teachers can be so cruel.

Don't worry Kendra, I'd worked that out. I really wish that I wasn't called Bob, it would make life a lot easier on here!

Thinking about it, to ensure people don't confuse me with Ugly Bob, maybe I should be Amazingly Hansome Bob???

It was indeed 1993 where it beat the Mark Owen vocalled Take That song "Babe" to Xmas number 1. Take That were to never achieve that all important Chrimbo Number 1, a feat that East 17 did in 1994 with Stay Another Day, and also their only chart topper.
