that is a fantastic episode.

The sheet music for the song including melody line and guitar chords is in the office script book which is a great buy anyway and will get you the music you desire. If I get time I'll scan it in and send it to you in an email but for the mean time the chords are c, f, Am, g in that order for both the vesres and the chorus

the phoenix nights commentary by peter kay is nearly funnier than the show itself. i was a bit disappointed with the outtakes.

going back to the office song the full scene is hidden on the dvd.

according to the website

Disc 1: Go to the main menu and when the phone rings amidst the background office noise, hit enter on your remote. Voila! You should be greeted with talented songsmith David Brent performing Freelove Freeway.

i cant get it to work, but its Title 07, Scene 1 for people that wanna see it.

Also, on Disc 2:

Go to the Slough by John Betjemen scene. Wait for the room (introducing the scene) to go dark and then hit enter on your remote. You will be rewarded with the full length Peter Purves training video featured in Episode Four.

Hehe yeah thats a great episode, its quite a good song too. The chords are

G/C, F/C, Am, G

I kinda forget the names of those chords where you play the bass note so I may have written them wrong. But I'll show you what I mean

Am

G/C

Like i say I've probably got those names wrong, but its pretty close to how he plays it.

wait until its a very loud ring. there are a few background rings, which i mistook for the ring, but there is one which is different to the rest.
the player should play the first audio sequence, then you'll hear it re-load, and not long after it begins the menu again, the phone will ring.

this definately works, just done it meself :)

cracking song

Why did "Nor" post the chords, I already did and mine were taken directly from the official sheet music!

well, i dont use my ps2 for dvds, but just go to the main menu, and hit the buttons until one of them starts playing an episode. then go back to the menu, then just press the same button when the phone rings - its not hard mate

I did see your post but didn't think he played a standard C in the episode, also thought he played the F with the C basenote on the 5th string and not the 4th. I was only trying to be helpful, my apologies.

oh right, ok. It just gets a bit confusing when people change their names to something completely different without saying anything.
