wait until its a very loud ring. there are a few background rings, which i mistook for the ring, but there is one which is different to the rest.
the player should play the first audio sequence, then you'll hear it re-load, and not long after it begins the menu again, the phone will ring.

well, i dont use my ps2 for dvds, but just go to the main menu, and hit the buttons until one of them starts playing an episode. then go back to the menu, then just press the same button when the phone rings - its not hard mate

I did see your post but didn't think he played a standard C in the episode, also thought he played the F with the C basenote on the 5th string and not the 4th. I was only trying to be helpful, my apologies.
