I am currently finding yesterdays turkey carcuss combined with a used Xmas pudding bowl make a very servicable American football 'helmet'.

The annoying thing about Christmas is that my dad's birthday is on boxing day, so when most people are eating leftovers and recovering from the previous day's gluttony, we have to have ANOTHER roast meal. blurgh......

I would be OK with that! As it happens, I had Christmas dinner yesterday with my mum and next door, and also with my Dad and his family today. But if I could have gotten out of having any dinner at all with my Dad, I would have!

Then a whole lotta junk food, coke, and pudding of course.

what's wrong with two roast dinners then?

not that i would eat the roast... in fact vegan holiday meals are pretty good. it's all fancy vegetables and mashed potatoes. (though the gravy is lacking.)

for my birthday last year i had a quart of gin. this year i'm at a loss.

being vegan can either be incredibly bland and cheap or sort of flavourful and expensive. i'm poor. i suck on the tabasco after every bite.
