Unfortunatly our little friend Bush isn't going anywhere, because the majority of Americans think he's a god send. Before switching off the radio after Moyles yesterday I heard a young American bloke saying on the news "I'll go along with whatever our government thinks is best for this country" WHAT? So if he said it was best for your country to all take a gun and shot the person to your left you'd do it? America is scaring me, not Iraq. If they (or us
) win this, what next? North Korea? Anyone else George fancies taking a pop at? Until when, the world is completly Americanised? The Cold War propaganda comes to mind, all America wanted was a capalist world.
I do know that something needs to be done but I've said it before and I'll say it again, war is to dangerous now a days, we have the power to destroy whole countries, have we not learnt anything? I'll be interested to see our American residents (Kendra and bloke from Washington DC whos name escapes me, sorry) POV on this, as there seems to be a very big divide in the way the two countries are thinking.
