CAREER

Like many an aspiring DJ, Chris began his career in hospital radio in his native Leeds before moving to Aire FM, aged 16. From there he worked his way through the wilderness of local radio before landing his big break in 1997, as the self-styled "Saviour of Early Morning Radio" on the graveyard shift at Radio 1.

He soon gained a reputation for his brash style and no-nonsense approach and was shifted to the mid afternoon slot where, assisted by his sidekicks, he has developed a devoted following for his laddish humour and practical jokes.

Always one with an eye for the ladies, the tabloids remain fascinated by Chris' dalliances and never miss an opportunity to mention his love life. Nor have they missed an opportunity to mention his ever fluctuating waistline, something which Chris has determinedly tried to deal with in recent times.

He added 'TV personality' to his CV with his daily show on Five, but news that he is being replaced by XFM's Christian O'Connell doesn't bode well for future investors.

no, he isnt actually. as i bought some alex ferguson shares and there was hardly any change.

it would be wise to buy beckham and ferguson shares now. mr beckham isnt a happy bunny after this boot being kicked by his boss into his face

i figure i might aswell invest it all in shares rather than keep it as cash doing nothing. speculate to accumulate etc

Mmmmm, would have to agree with you there! Yummy Elijah with the most beautiful eyes in history.

I've actually made a bit of money which has surprised me! I'm not going big time though, I'm just buying people that I like, and the odd idea of who might be in the news. Brits is probably a good idea. I'm annoyed there is no Richie B, not that he's ever in the news but thats not the point.
