just the mixture of nut paste and jam just dont go me thinks. its like we like things that the american dont like.. can't think of any at the moment. i was in italy once and asked for an egg for breakfast and they were like "EGG?" Speaking to me in Italian, I replied back - Yes - I'd like an Egg please. Should of seen their faces...

cluck cluck cluck.

dont know why but that just made me laugh. described to be as gruesome sounding as it is tasting.

you didnt make it sound very appealing, i can imagine the sign in a cantine "today's special filling, nut paste and jam" mmmmmmmmmmm

i agree, that sounds rather vile.

here's how i'll eat it: nice peanut butter, and a thin layer of jam that barely covers the bread. it's pretty good. too much jam is assy though.

I had peanut butter in my sandwich when I was really young and my mum used to make my lunch (two weeks ago then - got there before any of you) and she mixed my sandwiches with my sisters.

I was nearly sick, but the dinner lady made me put crisps in it to disguise the taste and eat it. It didn't work, it still tasted of shit.

thought bob once suggested a cheese and apple sandwich, and it wasn't half bad.
