on Wednesday me and a few mates had been to see Matrix and had decided to go for a few jars and something to eat at about 5.45pm....i was a bit bored and decided after a game of pool to go home as i was tired..so i set off to catch my bus..relising i missed the bus i was after..i went to get a subway..as i opened the door to the fine restaurent guy with large black hair comes out as i approach..turns out it was one of BRMC (peter) and for 5 minutes i worship the guy and in the end he puts me and a mate on the guestlist for their gig at Leeds Townhall that night
Quickly i run back to tell my mates in the pub and we decide to do it with my mate thinking ive just bullshi**ed badly to him
We get in the venue and the support are rubbish...and after 1/2 hour setting up BRMC come on stage and play quite a "known" start to their set..and theirs a few people moshing/bouncing at the front...midway through the 6th song..alarms go off......and the band stop and this weedy council official tell us all to get out....everyone thinking it was fire alarm.....1/2 hour later still havent gone back inside..me and mate go home

yesterday morning..discover the floor in Leeds Town Hall was on the verge of collpase!!....what a bizzare night

Drloz and Friend not impressed by support. BMRC rock. Council official tells everyone to get out. Everyone thinks its a fire alarm, although he finds out that the floor was on the verge of collapse from the his own weight.

They wait - then go home. Drloz comments on it being a bizzare night.

The black eyed peas were better than what i expected allthough they were very samey and went on for ages untill they eventually played where is the love that people actually knew the words to. I couldnt name any of their other songs before and still cant now.

Christina was very good and one of her male dancers did pole dancing
