I just thought I'd set up a little thread for people to comment on Scott's shows when he fills in for Chris at Breakfast.

Anything on here that I feel is worth mentioning will then be put up in a special Scott Mills summary on the reviews page in 2 weeks time.

I'm not normally a fan of Scott Mills, but being in in the morning, seems to have had a positive effect. He's quite funny i think chris' wisdom and wit has rubbed off on him somehow

if you put it in the sound requests forum, someone might be able to help you but i don't think anybody is recording the breakfast show because Chris is on Holiday... I can get it off my Sky + (forgot to de-series link it) but i would need someone to host it...

I heard Scott the other day; he seems to have improved massively over the last couple of years. He seems to use an eclectic mix of old ideas, though, e.g. finding songs for his Ipod is a bit like a show Kenny Everett used to do!

The Bo Selecta Trisha Call

Scott texting in to one of those channels with girls just reading them out, saying he was "The manliest man ever" and Chappers texting in loads but not getting on once.

The tedious half hour - good idea, some of the links are hilariously rrrrrubish

Overall not a bad set of shows so far, a lot better than his last set of breakfast shows in which I couldn't wait for Moyles to come back. Not necesarily the case this time

Yep although I think they were a little desperate on the Tedious Links because I had a fone call from Laura asking me if I'd do one for them.

The 'MC Hammer - You Can't Touch This' saga during Tedious Link half hour was very amusing.

The 'Get Michelle Out' (Big Brother campaign) with the clips of her acting very strangely was good.

The celebrity calls were good to hear. Trisha, Michelle from Big Brother, Alan Patridge, Kat Slater just a few to name.

The iPod from Hell piece was good.

Various discussions included a discussion on darts, an adult channel text service, sleeping naked, michelle from big brother, words that rhyme with orange and scott appearing big brother's little brother.

He has certainly improved. He just needs some new jingles!

She was also the one wanting the 'Radio 1 Purse' from E-bay during this week's shows.
