this is like a spoof ad on the steve wright show from radio 1 in 1991. Is it Culshaw doing the voice at the start?

Steve Wright did practically discover Culshaw but I think it was after 1991, so I guess it isn't him.

Nah, I could hear a Culshaw voice in a noisy crowded room, it's definately not him. It does sound similar in parts though.
