The fact I only slept until 2.30, got up to watch TV, and guess whats on? Jermey Kyle !

Oh how I wish for the sleep on the innocent. Stopping smoking has given me the "clear 20 years of shit out of your lungs" cough, and I can't lie in bed keeping Mrs Bboff awake so I get up and watch the telly, I am a little tired.

My sleep patterns are screwed. I get an average of 7 hours sleep a night but just not consecutively. Last night I get about an hours sleep last night and will probably get 13 hours tonight. Don't know why?

He's an only child. Waiting in the park, apparently.

We have a Reflex. It's an 80s theme pub/club with a massive cardboard cutout of David Hasslehoff standing wearing his tight red trunks.

It's not a specialist establishment either.

Is it the same place?

Probably not - that'd be quite a journey for a night out!

It is the same place, only located in Southend. I saw one in Bristol when i was down there but only been to the Southend one! Normally found on top of an O'Neill's pub! However, Southend is missing the cardboard cut out of David Hasselhoff. It has got a picture of (MTV EMA 2008 Winner) Rick Astley though!

Well, other than the fact that I am hesitant about recommending people I know for jobs, let alone people I don't know; if we had any vacancies I would let you know... unfortunately we are haemorrhaging staff at the moment through redundancies.

I was only in Reflex once. I was there meeting a bunch of female underwear models.

Seriously, it was nowhere near as good as it sounds.

I used to love going to Reflex, In Nottingham it's right next to their sister chain Flares (70's+60's) music. Actually I think a mate of mine has a regular gig at the Flares in Southampton although I've never been obviously it being in Southampton and all.

At least you know a good place to buy a plastic rose or some flashy lights off the immigrants outside.

Are we turing into such a brainless, incompetent society that we actually need news reports to tell us that listening to an MP3 player regularly at full volume will damage your ears?

Well duh...

Yup, anywhere I've ever been in Glasgow fulfills that criteria.

Whenever I've boguht an MP3 player, there's always been a sticker that says that on the side too. I think they think I are no smart.

In other news, too much fried food and little excercise makes you fat, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy and jabbing yourself in the eye repeatedly with a fork may cause blindness.

The most worrying part of that sentence is "may". What else "may" be in there?!
