I have absolutely no recollection of last year's Big Brother. I didn't watch the first series and I know more about that one than I do about last year's.

It does, of course, start tonight. So I'll be watching if I'm not busy just to see what they put in this year.

As I understand it, this year is the first year they're not showing any live feed from the house. So basically the only idea anybody will have about what happens is whatever they decide to edit together for the nightly highlights program. They could have producers in there sorting out issues, tasks which never get shown, things are done in more that one take - anything basically.

When you can't even be sure that they're in there 24/7 it kind of takes away the whole point of watching it, if indeed there ever was one.

Yep - from half 11 tonight. Rubbish! Live streaming annoys me simply because it means they show nothing else, even if it would normally just be Friends re-runs!
