is it just me that cant remember what comment they made on something from one day to the next? i express an opinion but then i might say the exact opposite the next day because frankly i am very fickle an easily swayed. only important things like food an football keep me in the same mind....

It's sort of you. If I say something that people laugh at I usually remember it, as it's not too often that these things happen, let's face it and I like to savour the moment. Otherwise I agree.

It's not just you. I always express an opinion about something, and then start thinking about it and realise my original opinion was crap.
