I think I may have watched something with Derren in before, he is banned from all the Casinos in the country for reading the cards and winning too much, isn't he?
yeah but didnt they say they are pre-recording it in case it goes wrong? at least that suggests a bit more risk. still dull though. they will no doubt pad out an hour show around it.
Here's to those who bore us and made us what we are
If they pre-record it though and it goes wrong they aren't going to show it are they, so if it is showing you know nothings going to go wrong which would be boring.
I thought the whole thing of it been risky was the fact that he was doing it live.
Well if it goes wrong there just cut to adverts or something anyway but it was meant to be live. Be more entertaining if it went wrong, but lets hope the person with the gun doesn't go to prison for it.
yeah presumably by loading the gun you would be assisting or something. i'd happily do it with a loaded gun though im confident enough to believe god doesnt want me up there with him yet.

Ages ago there was a stunt with Paul Daniels in an Iron Maiden. It was the last magic trick of the show and they made like it all went wrong. Having people being escorted out of the building and trying to remain calm.
At the time everyone was thinking "Yes we got rid of the prat". Shame it wasn't real Just wondering if a similar thing will happen with Derren Brown.
No, it was only on tv. i was meant to be live except for the opening and closing words from Paul Daniels. In his closing words, he says how this bit was recorded the day before the show and all he can hope is that the last stunt goes well as it's the most dangerous.
Kinda cheesey looking back at it.
The longest hunger strike ended in 1973 after 385 days when Dennis Galer Goodwin protested his innocence in Wakefield Prison, West Yorkshire, of a rape charge. He was fed by tube orally.
