basically you can have a sniper at any distance but not close range.

some mod weapons esp. snipers have a maxium range of about 2 miles. kill someone and they'd never know.

what I meant was, that if s sniper did want to take out Blaine then he/she could quite easily as they can shoot from a distance and get away before the police found them. Morals said it was a good location (South of the river) and I agree, a sniper could easily take him out from north of the river and then never be seen again.......................
