How easy is it to put a website made by using Dreamweaver online?

No problem. I recommend wsFTP - it's a free download and it's fairly easy to use. You just enter the details your isp / host provides and then you select the files you want to upload, press a button and they get uploaded.

http;//www.download.com if you need it - also, cuteFTP is quite good if you want something very simple, but it's not as good as wsFTP

but does dreamweaver not have a inbuilt upload facility?

I think it does but I've never used it myself to be honest. I'm just used to suing the tools I've always used I guess.
