Ive got a question i want to know how i can get the pictures next to my name on here? if any1 knows please send me a message.

Go to your Profile. Scroll to the bottom to the 'Avatar control panel' and either put in the URL to a picture hosted elsewhere or Click the 'Show Gallery' button to choose one from the Gallery here.

Make sure if you link to an image from another website it's no bigger than 100x100px.
