It's not really an exception. Countries is plural, country's is a possesive noun.

hi cafe mambo2,i was just wondering about news beat jingles that are on the radio just now,i know they are hard to get because they have every1 talking over them.anyway thats all i was woundering if there could be some new jingles packs, if thats possiable.

they arent - the one he speaks over and says coming up next are but the one he played afterwards isnt different from pak11
