i'm sure in Visual Basic, run time 7 error, 'out of memory' does mean that very thing, not enough RAM. try closing some applictions.

Your RAM will be part of the computer specifications. If you don't have enough RAM you can buy some more and put it in the right place in the computer tower, or just go the whole hog and buy a new computer.

out of memory in VB USUALLY means you have entered a number over 6000 for a interger, but I doubt it is that. Have you tried to restart it? if all else fails then try downloading a new copy of the file and check MSdownloads for a new VB update patch.
Also which version of windows are you using and which version of Direct X do you have?

Sorry for the "Nerd" like answer but thats all I can think of
