im going to start one today i think, get all the materials etc and decide how to go about making it.

the laws about them are pretty much they are legal, as long as you dont use them illegally, if that makes sense

pretty much a huge spud gun which is capable of firing large bits of potato a couple of hundred meters.

idea - compression chamber with a valve leading to the barrel. pump up the pressure then release the valve.

Or you can get a big glass tube, spray a load of hair spray into the base so it condenses, bung a potato in and heat the bottom and off you go....

ive just been and done the penultimate glueing of the cannon and made the stand complete with pivot for a range of firing angles.

i'll prob be able to test it properly in about a week i reckon so i'll let you all know when it fails miserably or blows me up.

i bet you cant wait...
