chris is obviously not trusted enough to interview britney or christina though.

I wonder if Chris will go on about how he wasn't sure if she was fit or not. Do you think they will give him all of the B list guests Cox gets trying to plug their films and albums when he is on Breakfast?

I would think it would depend who they were. In the afternoons it is clear to me that Chris is in control of who his guests are whereas I don't think that will be the case when he is on breakfast. I would like to think that if Chris doesn't want a particular guest on then he'll say so and they won't come on, although radio 1 management may have a bigger say on breakfast show guests than they do on afternoon ones.
