How's about:
1. David James (Hasn't played too badly for England yet)
2. Gary Neville (Whatever people say he has experience and has played on the highest levels of club football)
3. Wayne Bridge (As Above)
4. Sol Campbell (Hoof!)
5. Rio Ferdinand (People slate, but in the this season & the last Utd's defence has been one of, if not, the best in the League.
6. Stevie Gerrard (How 'ard - Gerrard!)
7. Becks (Need i say more)
8. Paul Scholes (Quality)
11. This place is still up for grabs, if Alan Thompson gets picked for friendlies (and plays well) he could really solve our left sided problem.
9. Wayne Rooney (Turns it on for England, which is good enough for me)
10. Michael Owen (Give him a chance, 9/10, he'll take it)
This is probably our best team but Sven will have defensive midfielders to drop into the team as not every game we'll play in Euro 2004 will allow such an attacking midfield.
