I doubt it it's rather dull. It just sounds like it's missing something and the quality doesn't help. Vanilla Ice is mixed too much anyway so for it to stand out it would have to be real good, unfortunately this isn't. I think your nerves have shown and it's going to be a struggle for you this week.

thanks for listening and thanks for your honesty. I discovered this site a couple of months ago and it had a page of links to mp3 bootlegs, but when i came back to post this one, I couldn't find the page again (taken down?).
Re my spirit - you're right - I didn't know what to do with this track, so I emailed it to record of the day last week just to see what they thought. They made it record of the day which i wasn't expecting at all and I subsequently had about lots emails from a&r people... anyway after their encouragement, I thought i should post the link in a few places ie here and get some more feedback
But that was last week and this week, noone has got back in touch - they probably decided it's too hard to clear and as you say the track's not good enough for them anyway! so after a high last week it's true that this week is a struggle : (
