As far as i know plus.net and f9 (which i have) are the same, and only problem i've ever had with my connection was a problem with the exchange, not f9.

I've not heard of anyone with broadband to have an ISP problem, all probs seem to be exchange related @ the mo.

I've never had a problem with my exchange, it's all been problems with the ISP.

A company called eclipse (http://www.eclipse.co.uk) they're at, or near the top of all ISP lists for connection speeds etc. £23.95 p/month for the best broadband ISP for 512kbps.

Plus they don't tie you in for a year like BT. Plus when you ring Eclipse you get through, i had to wait 17 mins. to get through to BT to tell them i was leaving the other day!
