I bought the Darkness - went to see them last week and they were so good! Mad world is a good song but I think a xmas song should be more cheerful!

On a related note, when buying my copy of Proper Crimbo from Virgin today, the girl who served me said she hadn't sold 1 Idols single yet. This was about 2pm.

i bought mine in hmv as well and the idols 1 was selling quite a few but i think more of the darkness and proper crimbo had been sold

I don't buy singles. I prefer to get the whole album. If you buy it off the web, then an album normally costs the same as two singles.

Bought 1 dvd copy of Proper crimbo and the normal cd version of it. I also bough The Darkness aswell. That was at HMV yesterday and not many Pop idol singles had gone there either.

Have brought Mad World and Proper Crimbo. They had loads of the idols CD's in HMV, and I'm guessing Wolves has sold a fair few as Mark was here yesterday (I work round the corner, ya should of heard the screams). I'm sorry we have let you down, I hang my head in shame.

I didn't mean you could get them all on one album (even though you might be able to in the near future). I meant if you're spending the money to get a single with 3 or 4 songs (or sometimes 4 versions of the same one) you might as well spend a little bit extra and get the album. Especially when a group releases several singles from the same album.

There won't be a Bo' Selecta Album unless the Bo Selecta single does really good so if everyone waits for the Bo' Selecta Album to come out....it wont...

I wasn't saying there would definately not be one. Avid said if the single does good enough he will consider doing an album. Hence my post about if the single doesn't do good there wont be an album, if it does good there may be.
