The slogan "fun, anyone?" is nice and simple and it different from what Sony Playstation have opted for before. As Bored_mum has said that this thread is proof that the advert or slogan has worked and there job is yes, done.

They're not, they're actually pretty good these days. The Octavia is one of the safest cars on the road.

You see, this is the kind of 'things never change' attitude that never does anyone any good. Yes, Skodas used to be crap (I should know, my parents used to own one of the old ones) but now there is hardly any difference between them and the VW equivalent, except for the different badge. Funnily enough, that started when VW bought them.

The VW Passet and the Skoda Octavia are basically the same car - just a heck of a price difference, people are snobs though and would rather pay through the nose to have the VW badge. Having said that I have to say I wouldn't buy a Skoda, but I wouldn't buy a VW either. And VW wouldn't want to change the name of Skoda because it is a name everyone knows - even if it has not had the rosiest of pasts.

Anyway, what car these days is not common?? And I do mean mainstream under 30K cars. VW Golf's are common because they have reliable, durable engines, which I would say is not a bad thing.

mainstream under 30K? i wish i was in that stream...

Theres loads of cars that arent common but anything with GTi after it automatically shouts it.
