Just thought I would display my disgust at Westlife/Mandy winning:

Bilge, crap, earl grey, filth, vomit, old chewing gum, second degree burns, revlon, scum, UHU, greasy egg, slime, frogspawn, baby's burble, romany roots, mouse raisan, pantene pro-v, NFL, dewy moss, ITV, mexican moustache, vauxhall, two day dead badger blood, steak house, pre-teen, car thieving, slugtrail, Nestle, Groundhog Day, cold custard, mouldy, facial mole, fat roll, dustproof, erect nipple, Busted loving, CLBS, halogen RUBBISH!

I think that should suffice.

That Westlife crap is also the most recent release out of the pathetic collection of garbage to choose from. If it had of been released 8 months ago, and some other boy-band musical equivilent of stomach bile had been at number 1 at the time, that would have won.

A year is a long time to the single buying public (ie 11 year old girls), and they can't be expected to remember every mass-produced spotty teenager who adornes their bedroom wall for a week, then gets fired by the record company and is back working in MacDonald's before you can say 'would you like fries with that?'

Anyway, the host, Cat Dealey, is quite fit, so the programme did have one redeeming feature.
