Those kind of songs get played during the day. From 6 onwards they could be making it the specialist shows. You presume he will have to play those kind of songs, if it's a shake up to get listeners back they may not be keeping it the same and allow Zane to play whatever he normally does on his show.

Suppose we just have to wait and see if any of these changes actually happen.

I suppose he could move to six. Sounds risky, though.

I actually think Zane Lowe at six could work actually. Dance music is on the slide right now while alternative music has constantly been on the rise so i don't see why it can't work if Zane got a new slot a few hours earlier, playing the usual music that he plays at his current slot.

As I said before, he gets decent ratings from the target demographic. And I don't think many people want mainstream at that time.
