For the british, SUV = MPV = annoyingly oversized car used by young mums to drive their 1 child to school when a mini would suffice. Hell, sod that, make the little brats walk (especially in the states). Americans seem to like starting wars, mauybe they should start one on obesity.... (Kendra excluded as she's not a porker as far as I know).

in the us people get them because they want to feel better than everybody else. i coud sorta understand it if these people lived in places where vehicles like that (say the mountains far away from civilization) would be useful, but the new suburbs aint that.

pregnant ladies want the handicap hangtags now too. they're too fat to waddle to the grocery store i guess. i hope to go it doesn't pass.

my mate works for renault in chichester, used to work for a company that converted renaults for disabled persons. the car of choice for the disabled appears to be the renault kangoo, and not the scenic.
