Ok burberry is a make. There are lots of different items you can get that are burberry but its quite expensive. The brown and cream check is one of the checks that they do but most of the chavs will probably be wearing rip off ones from a market stall.

The woman with her back to you in the picture is notorious in Sheffield for constantly wandering the streets asking people for 80p for "the bus fair". I would see her at least twice a week, and go out of my way to avoid her if I spotted her walking in my direction. She's so well known, that there's an 11 page thread all about her on Sheffield Forum.
