It seems that these Adverts for ring tones are littered over the back pages of magazines not to mention on the music stations on every advert break. I have never and will never purchase a ring tone. They cost £1.50, its a case of people having too much money and not knowing what to do with it. Im sounding like a bit of a fuddy duddy here. If you have the current number one song on your mobile and it plays then you might as well draw a penis on your head and keep pointing at it.
I can see the sense in downloading games, that makes sense. If your bored and want to play something different then thats ok, but what i also dont get is pictures on mobiles being sent of Beckham, Jordan. Along with tattooes on arms, it reeks of common-ness
Im with John Reid on the smoking thing... common eh, let them have a fag, but not near me please. If it means they die sooner so that us nice clean people can have better lives im all for it

gotta agree, IF i change my ringtone which is rarely, i just download midi's off the net then upload them to my webserver and download on GPRS heh, no need to pay when you can get for free (nearly) now is there? heh.. and i also agree on the smoking thing.. nice rugged opinion, i'm all for the banning in public places thingy but i don't really care if it doesn't get through either, i just move away from smokers.. i tried it once and it was pretty crap - didn't do anything for me *shrug* i don't see the attraction at all.. oh well nevermind, time for bed soon anyway not that that matters or anything *shuts the f up*

I downloaded midis onto my computer and used my USB cable that plugged into my phone until I lost the USB cable doh!

nah, my phone's quite old now, 3510i doesnt have infrared or bluetooth, i once had a data cable for it "borrowed" off a mate but it was shit and didn't work most of the time :/

depends on your phone.. as i said, i have a 3510i and it's worked fine, you just have to watch the filesizes, that's all

example:
i downloaded D12- My Band off a website on my phone.. (did it on my mates o2 sim card though so it was free) size: 1.2kb

then i got a midi off my comp and uploaded to my webspace, it's the theme music from chip's challenge :D but it's size is 11.5kb - so it'll fill up the available space much quicker..
