I think what you mean is what programs? If not then sorry but I use PSP 8 and Photoshop CS.

Get the images, in this cas R1 logo and that Dickie pic (which he may or may not've made). Paste them onto a plain background then add text. It's easy - the before mentioned programs are the best to do this in too.

Yea i was thinking of making it into an animated gif aswell, but i think i'll just stick with a picture
much simpler
