Ive noticed a lot of the new music tv ads have radio1 dj's talking about them,whiley,zane, peel being sum of them. I don't mind them but why is the advert with Vernon on for the Doritos so flaming annoying?

I fink it mite be the girl in it, but the whole advert annoys me.

Why doesnt Chris do any tv adverts?

Does Vernon do the voice of the panda in an advert? He does alot of radio adverts aswell, so he can be on Radio 1, T4 , ITV and Hallam fm all at the same time. He taking over the media.

but Zane Lowe was doing them way before he joined Radio 1. John peel just has a cool voice. Emma B does something for a music channel. I don't think Chris has the voice for adverts

Chris Moyles has been on Hallam FM too. They used him saying "the guys a genius" after he slagged off Nick @ Night. It went something like "back tonight.. from ten.. only on hallam fm...The guys a genius!"

Dunno how they got permission for it though.

They probably didn't get permission if it was just a recording of what Moyles said on air. Didn't know moyles had ever slagged off Nicholarse anyway.

yeah, it was after he had been in leeds to watch United.

He didn't name him as such but..

*for "arguements sake" he called him "Nick"
*The DJ has a stupid voice
*The DJ says "Nick Wins" a lot

So I think its fair to say it was Nick

Haha. After hearing that I remember it actually. They summed him up quite well really with the Nick wins, "No you're been silly" and his constant ahhh's.

I like him as I said in another thread recently, but I thought he does and says things purposely to be funny.

well on mediauk (yes im a radio geek), and on digitalspy Nick reckons he means, and agrees with everything he's ever said.

I liked him at first, then decided he was a **** and now I quite like him again - I dont treat it like a phone in though - more a comedy because he does come out with the most stupid things ever.

Chris also had a go at late night love later in the same show. I do love it when he start slagging off local radio

Ahh, it was him then. I remember speculating that in my review ages ago. I wish I had heard that trailer.
