Insomnia - its a weird thing, im a sufferer.....<br><br>Anyone else know what i mean?

Yeah i get it bad all the time, me maa used to tell me to read a book........*, its not that bad.

I think that i have defied all scientific studies when it comes to sleeping, i mean i have been awake for about 2 days now........ And the sheep that ive counted goes on and on and on ............<br><br>Well at least they havent got gammy feet and foamy mouths now.....

It takes me ages to get to sleep. The best thing for it is to stick on an album like 'Dido-No Angel' or 'Chicane-Behind The Sun'.  8)

coxy is the reason i can sleep very well at night, thank you very much. there's not much reason to stay up past 11.

ummm, that could work too... but with my 8 hour delay, she starts at 11pm here, so i just go to bed after scott mills is done. it works.  unless of course he's doing the breakfast show, then i'm up till 2am.

My situation is a little different. I have to be in bed by 11:30pm as I have to be up for work at 6am. Basically, I get into bed, and suddenly don't feel tired. Then, instead of thinking about different things, I don't know what to think about.  Any suggestions?<br><br>Paul.

I love going to bed as it's so warm and snug and I can lie there and I start to think of someone who's special to me and that helps me get to sleep!  :)

What you need to do is buy yourself a guitar and teach yourself how to play, I pretty much jam every night. Hotel Yorba sounds like a hard song but its piss easy to play
