Moyles has mentioned him on air twice in total - not much of an obsession.

I'd politely insist that he thanks me by name on air every time he rips my stuff off.

He did mention 'Nick' when he was talking about the show, and the only thing he has nicked is "Chris wins"/"Dave wins". Nick probably stole the title "the early bit" from Moyles anyway.

As Moyles himself said, he is only good because everyone else is so rubbish. The humour is pretty lazy but it's pretty hard to do a great show five days a week. However, Moyles' lazy humour works better than the contrived punch line stuff most breakfast DJ's stick to.

He rocks. He's funny, and some of his arguments are well formed others are poor and cause great reactions but he can still argue his side.

I think the best way to enjoy Nick is to listen for about 30 seconds at a time, it can be very funny. The best bits are when he doesn't have a caller on and just mumbles about how 'no one is making sense tonight' to himself for ages. It's also funny when he has clearly lost but continues to make up ridiculous facts to prove his case, e.g. I've been driving for 55 years = Nick wins.

Better than any of the right wing idiots on Talk Sport anyway.

I dont see how anybody can coin the original usage of the "Chris Wins / Dave Wins", it's not like somebody sat down one day and thought long and hard about how to win an argument in two words. It's been around for years so I don't see how this nick tw*t can claim moyles "Stole" it from him.

I agree, Moyles was fantastic a few years ago, but now the show has become incredibly lazy. Features like Buzz Off and Carpark Catchprase would no way have stayed around for eight months in the past. I'm hearing repeats of songs on Dave's Tedious Link and I'm pretty sure even The Top ten chart rundown today was a direct rip off of The Chart (C5) voiced by Sam Delaney (Nuts Magazine/Flipside), even to the point of calling Mike Skinner a chav (when has Moyles ever used that phrase before?)

For me it's gone from a show which I didn't want to miss a second of, to a show which i can happily avoid for days on end.
