You'd have to download all of the album then delete the songs you don't want.

No, it usually comes as a .Zip file so you need to download it 100%.

If you were discussing downloading legal copyright-free MP3's it would be different of course.

If you used the Azureus client you can simply start your download, double click it and select 'Do Not Download' for the files you don't want. Other clients should also do this.
