They're a bit slow, the ones near me started a month ago. I saw them putting up the lights in Notts at the weekend. I don't know who will be turning them on but at a guess I'd say Jo & Twiggy, some Forest players and the latest cheesy act.

wow, chris actually turned on christmas lights.
