Got it and have played it for about 20hrs already (Came out yesterday, this post represents how sad I am more than any other) A truly great game. I'm in the gaming industry (Or atleast well on my way in) so I have a fairly good excuse. Besides, I'm engaged, why try and have a life now?
It certainly is a fine game, the soundtrack is as good as the game itself! I've been playing for around 9 hours, doing pretty well so far but keep on getting distracted by the sheer amount of extras there are, especially the arcade games, basketball and pool. The sheer size of the game is amazing, its a wonder how Rockstar managed to fit everything in.

i went to GAME on the morning of its release to get it (hmv was sold out) and it was crazy. there were literally hundreds of reserved copies behind the counter (all with bandanna attached, i didnt get one) and the person behind me in line was buying a ps2 just so he could play this game. it will easily be the biggest selling of anything, not just games, this year.
absolutely brilliant game from what ive done so far. i've not had much time for it as ive been working, but they've really given great thought into making this game loads better than VC. I would almost go as far to say that this is the greatest game ever made.
Damn, I forgot how frustrated I get when playing games, I'm now sporting a 1cm cut on my knuckle after punching my PS2 controller across the other side of my room due to unfairly failing a mission, grrrrrrr, I need to calm down. Also, I'm a bit pissed that I haven't had the chance to fly a plane yet, I've been skydiving though.
I dunno, but I've ben playing for around 15-20 hours now I think. I'm on the mission where you go on top of the mountain in the Las Venturas desert and you use the bazooka to defend the helicopter from the Feds.
