vernon's weekend shows are alright, i prefer scott on drive though. when coxy does 1-4 on weekends 6 hours of bolton accent a day could get a bit much

i heard vernon on drive the other day. Hes rubbish. The only funny momment was when him and Chappers phoned up Dick from Dick and Dom In Da Bungalo... and the only reason it was listenable as there were two of them (Vernon and Chappers). Vernon tries to copy a zoo radio style, but it doesnt work when there is only 1 of him. Only really good people like Mills can get a way with this, and even Chappers makes much more of an appearance on air these days.

mills and chappers are great.

i agree that the only funny bit of vernon sitting in for mills was 'i love dick!!!'
