If you want any chance of getting it played I suggest you remove the lastline of the rap as it is blatently slagging off him AND it would obviously have to be bleeped. The first point, of course, is the most valid reason to remove it.

I don't like the swear line much either, it shouldn't be too hard to make it less insulting and more funny?? I do like the idea of a piss-taking rap though, cos Moyles doesn't like the rap in the track. Definately make the rap take the piss outta the rap in the original track.

it'll help if you leave the original Band Aid 20 song on repeat for a while to familiarise yourself with the tune, then sing it without and the new lyrics.. If the lyrics change between now and then, I'll try and keep the lines used as equal as I can and if any lyrics get changed I'll ask the people who have least lines included to sing. So start practising and get those vocals nice and crisp cos *IF* it gets played on Radio1 you don't wanna sound like an arse!

ive got a insttremental version of the song, im up the idea of singin in it as ive just made radio aid its the same idea for hospital radio stations in cardiff, its really good, ill uload the msuic to me siute and give u the link

i thought of a good way to record yourself and perhaps be in tune!!

have the real version / instrumental running quietly through headphones and the mic on at the same time.. ta da!! you'll be perfectly in time at any rate!

if you have a mic/mixer you can set your recording source to mic/line in and play the tune in your headphones, this way it will not appear on the recording you make
