Joce has been doing my job since mid November she'll continue doing it till we swap roles again in April.

Yeah, I know. I'm doing alright so far! The next few months are pretty full on so I'll be tested. We'll be submitting our Sony entries and one of my first big projects is our next show on the road in January and setting all that up.

No, Joce is BBC Staff. And is a permanent member of the Chris Moyles Show. She's normally Day BA which means I hand all my work over to her when I finish my day. In the mini swaps, she's morning BA, I'm Day Prod and a lovely person called Natasha is the new Day BA.
