It was over 17 stone Think about 17 1/2 stone :) He thought he was about 16 1/2. I was really surprised he actually agreed to do it! I know if I was that fat I wouldn't. Then again maybe its different for guys.

It wont last a month, after a week it will be back to normal.

well Im stuffed now. I forgot they were doing the "buy one get one free" big mac offer today. I would have offered the big mac to the big bloke behind me but I was afraid he might have hugged me like in the ad.

i weighed myself today for the first time in ages and im 87kg, i dont know what that is in stones and lbs tho. i think i will have to stop havin so many pies and bk's.

Im 11stones 2 Ibs and slightly overweight.

The detox thing is a bit cheesy local radio-esque. I know HallamFM are also doing it.

The Mills team seem to be taking it extremely serious. They've said it's not an oportunity for PR's to send in stuff they shouldn't be having, like chocolate. Any companies sending in stuff like that would be 'named and shamed' on air..
