surely it should be:

I answer no. Simply cause I am 8 stone at the momment. I cant loose any more weight or I'll die (possibly - not scientificitly (sp?) accurate)

Its a detox not a diet. Just because you are underweight doesn't mean you can't eat healthy food and booze less. You could do a bit of bodybuilding, no?

Same here, I blame Scott Mills for encouraging more people to take part - originally it was just the breakfast team doing it.

its really dull them talking about it too...

I actually thought them talking about it would be dull but it was alright today. It'll soon get on my nerves though...

True I suppose. I tried heating healthy for a week during the summer and struggled after one day.

I can and do eat fruit/veg quite a lot, but I need the other things as well as...

ive lost 2kg in 2 weeks! no beer, takeaway food, crisps etc and 80 mins cv work a day plus seated leg press, shoulder press, pectoral fly, seated row and chest press. proud.
