So Is Breakfast TV dead and buried?
do you think that with the fact that radio companies want to invest such huge sums of money into the Breakfast Show that TV just cant survive in an ever more competitive marketplace?

Radio shows have always out-rated TV at breakfast time - not really much to worry about. GM.tv goes strong still, and BBC1 Breakfast gets a good audience - just because C4 can't get a good breakfast show going shouldn't spark any fret.

radio is high because ppl are travelling to work. plus you sort of have to sit down and watch the tv and natasha kaplinsky smarmy caked up ugly face is enough to make me retch. its amazing how a 31 year old can be able to look 50.

and a lot of people watch the news on a morning and anyone else who has sky will tell u there is so much choice no channel is going to get great figures

I liked Big Breakfast, but I much preferred the Chris Evans/Gaby Roslin with Zig and Zag era.

I like watching GMTV whilst eating my Coco Pops. Don't really watch BBC Breakfast though - too serious.
