Hi i am trying to make a soundpac and everytime i try this comes up. If anyone knows how to fix it please let me know.

When is it coming up with that error? what version of windows are you using?
this link may help, but it only applies to NT and 2000.
It could be a virus, as 16 bit files are in C:\windows\system not system32.
