and dragging it kicking and screaming back on topic whether it likes it or not....

Todays F1 race has been a her-uge improvement on the previous 3 races,

reasons/differences

1> Hasn't been the same guy leading every damn lap from start to finish like all other races this season so far.
2> Button and Micheal Schumacher well back in contention
3> Raikkonen losing his temper coz he had to retire from the lead despite his supposed reputation as being even tempered.... Ice-Man my ar*e (not a big fan of Kimi)
4> Alex Wurz in a racing seat again, great to see, much as I like Montoya and want him to beat Kimi Raikkonen and prove how much better he is
5> Less Ferrari-bashing by commentary team now Schumacher is doing well again (hopeful that 1 continues as much as the other differences)

No lets see we've had Raikkonen leading, Alonso, Schumacher and Button.... other races it was Alonso or Fisichella all the way.
How is this anything like that? And the lead was actually being contested at the end, not given easily.

ITV were playing silly buggers though putting a break 3 laps from the end during the Schumacher/Alonso battle.
Other than that I really enjoyed that race.

Only because of pitt stops, and that happened in the other races too, and nearly always will happen.

try looking on F1 official website, they have lap/position charts and for 3 races this season so far, its a line straight across the top, meaning only 1 leader who stayed there whole race.

right official timing statistics taken DURING THE RACE got it wrong.... I doubt it somehow... oh there is 1 slight glitch in 1 of the races other than todays at about pit stop window, but thats about it.

I'm a ferrari fan, yes but I love a good battle like the 1 ITV idiots cut in half with an ad break at the end of yesterdays race, renault have had it easy as ferrari ever had it til now with easy wins, yes ferrari had easy wins too, but people only complain about ferrari having things easy.... when Renault have things just as easy like the 1st 3 races this year, noone complains but it was exactly that kind of wins the rule changes were meant to stop.

THATS MY PROBLEM WITH F1, not the sport or any of the people (outisde of Ron Dennis and Kimi Raikkonen)!

believe it or not I actually like Renault. I just like Ferrari more.
