If you never picked your nose and left all the bogies what would happen?

maybe when you sneeze loads of bogies would fly out at people.

It'd probably all come out when you sneeze... unless it got so bad it formed a crust that no sneeze could remove, leaving you with a permanently blocked up nose.

depends exactly how much... I'd go for the blocked nose.. has advantages, like not being able to smell it when someone's farted nearby. Also you'd never have to use a hanky again...
