Thought the reapers were cool, but did anyone notice how the radio in the '1987' car was playing The Streets? At least I thought that was what I heard anyways.

The volume 1 DVD of this series is out monday... think I might wait for the whole series boxset but thats not out til November. Series 2 (of this version) will probably be showing or close to showing by then.

What do you mean? Is the series going to be split in that there's going to be a break from Dr Who, or is it just that they're going to split the series into two DVD box sets and continue the programme every week as usual?

2nd series will be when the Ecclestone era ends and they have the next Doctor (forget his name) coming in. Think they've filmed 13 and i think theres 3 or 4 on each volume of the DVD, then all of them together in November. Its likely there will be a bit of a break.

The second series wont be on until this time again next year - there will be a christmas special though, which will be Ecclestons last episode.

I watched it last night. IMO this episode had the most plot holes than any of the new ones so far.
